AP Chemistry Specialist & SAT/ACT Test Prep Coach in New York Jason is an experienced AP Chemistry teacher and Science Department Chair with over 26 years of classroom teaching in New York public schools. Known for his supportive, high-energy teaching style, Jason builds strong connections with his students—frequently showing up at their games, concerts, and performances to cheer them on. In the classroom, Jason creates a positive learning environment that balances rigor with joy. He’s a recognized AP Chemistry specialist and has participated in prestigious summer research programs at Teachers College and Regeneron.
In addition to his science expertise, Jason is a skilled standardized test prep coach, offering both SAT and ACT preparation. He has helped students navigate the SAT for over 20 years, and more recently began offering ACT prep—bringing the same success-driven approach to both tests. He leads an 8-week test prep course at his school and offers private coaching for students looking for customized support.
