Meghan has been teaching Regents Living Environment since 2013 and is known for her calm, supportive approach and her ability to help students feel confident with challenging science content. She has taught in multiple districts, including long‑term placements at Sleepy Hollow High School and her current role at New Rochelle High School, where she works extensively with ENL students and diverse learners. Over the past decade, Meghan has taught Regents Living Environment at every level, including general education, sheltered classes, AIS support, and intensive review courses. She has also taught Regents Chemistry and Regents Earth Science, giving her a broad understanding of the high‑school science sequence and how to help students build strong foundational skills. Meghan’s teaching philosophy centers on making science accessible, structured, and meaningful. She excels at breaking down complex biological processes, supporting students with vocabulary and reading comprehension, and helping them master the writing and analysis required for the Regents exam.
