Meghan “MJ” Jaird is an ADHD and Life Coach whose work centers on holistic, strengths‑based, and student‑centered coaching practices. Her deep commitment to supporting neurodiverse learners led her to complete the JST ADHD Coaching Training and earn the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation.
MJ’s professional arc spans more than a decade in student support, advising, and educational access, with a consistent focus on diversity, social justice, and innovative program development. Her coaching philosophy is grounded in appreciative inquiry, motivational interviewing, and a belief in the transformative potential of individualized support.
MJ holds an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from the University of Vermont, where her award‑winning thesis examined disability support structures at selective public universities. She earned her B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Saint Michael’s College.
Outside of coaching, MJ volunteers as a restorative justice panel member, trains for half‑marathons, teaches kickboxing and TRX, and enjoys running, paddle‑boarding, traveling, and hiking with her dog, Pace.
