Gold COACH SUBJECT: MATHEMATICS AREA OF EXPERTISE: Applied Mathematics & Differential Geometry, Math grades 10-Post Graduate
Michael is a 4th year undergraduate student attending Columbia University on a full scholarship. He studies applied mathematics with a focus on differential geometry, although he has multiple publications in the field of combinatorics as well. He also has an interest in linguistics, he is fluent in Russian and is learning Armenian and Greenlandic. Michael taught at Yale Young Global Scholars, where he designed his own lectures for the Innovations in Science & Technology track. Michael has been tutoring for Thrive since 2021.
