Ned is a highly experienced and qualified social studies and history teacher with a passion for helping students succeed. He has been teaching High School since 2015, where he has taught a variety of grades and levels, including 9th Grade World History (CP and Honors), 10th Grade US History 1 (CP and Honors), a Government Elective (11th and 12th Grade CP) and 12th Grade AP US Government & Politics. He has also been the faculty advisor for the Key Club, a club of over 100 students that focuses on community service.
In addition to his teaching experience, he is also an AP Reader and has graded hundreds of FRQs in a variety of styles. Ned has a BA in Secondary Education and History from Boston College and a Master's in Education in Curriculum & Instruction from Boston College. He is licensed by the state of Massachusetts to teach History 8-12, History 5-8, General Science 5-8, Mathematics 8-12, Mathematics 5-8 and he is Endorsed in Sheltered English Immersion.
