BANANA BERRY SMOOTHIE 
​This delicious omega-3 smoothie is ideal for breakfast or a quick snack.
It's loaded with antioxidants, protein and healthy fat to help you stay
focused, and energized. 



Ingredients: 
1 cup frozen or fresh berries of your choice
1/2 - 1 cup almond or coconut milk based on your preference
1/2 banana
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbs flax meal
1 scoop protein powder (plant based is ideal)


Directions:
-Blend, Pour, Sip
