Over the years, they've guided countless students through their educational journeys, aiding in everything from acing job searches and interviews to delivering ongoing support as they transition into young adulthood.

Students benefit from executive function coaching in a myriad of ways: increased confidence and organization, overcoming procrastination, reduced stress, maintained focus, improved grades, and long-term adoption of personalized organizing techniques. While executive function coaching can help all students, executive function coaching particularly helps students with ADD or ADHD diagnoses.

  • Five Session Bundle - Master time-tested techniques to get & stay organized, study better - not longer, and create systems to last a lifetime.
  • The Coaching Plan - If your child has an ADD or ADHD diagnoses, they may prefer an individualized, longer-term Coaching Plan.
  • Parental Coaching - If your child is seventh grade or younger and is struggling with completing tasks, turning in homework, staying organized and being on top of their commitments, you may find that a few coaching sessions can work wonders.

The Academic Skills Bundle for Middle and High School

Master time-tested techniques to get organized, study more efficiently, and create systems that last a lifetime. Our Organizational and Skills Development Package is ideal for middle and high school students looking to enhance their academic success skills. Each one-hour weekly session delves into key strategies, equipping students with the tools to improve their study habits and test performance. These sessions are perfect for students seeking a quick, impactful academic tune-up.


5-Session Bundle



In these five sessions, students will focus on developing the following key skills:

  • Session 1: Defining academic values, strengths, and goals for the school year.
  • Session 2: Time management techniques.
  • Session 3: Effective study strategies.
  • Session 4: Preparing for tests, exams, and large projects.
  • Session 5: Building motivation and establishing good habits.

Coaching Plan
Time commitment is essential. The average amount of time to see a change is three months. A minimum commitment of six months is suggested to establish the coaching relationship and achieve long-term success. Coaching plans include a virtual initial consultation and weekly sessions with check-ins between sessions. Resources and referrals will be provided as needed to support your success.

Executive function coaching sessions may include:
● Discussing goal-setting and strategies to implement those goals
● Assessing the student’s organizational needs and executive function challenges
● Strategizing on how to reduce distractions and procrastination
● Personalizing study skills and test-taking strategies
● Organizing and chunking assignments, tests, and projects that are due in the
coming weeks
